1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and POPA V.-I. GEORGE PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, located in Romania (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the website Reoogle (https://reoogle.com) and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law or regulation.
• Your use of the Service will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of your country of residence.

4. Description of Service

Reoogle provides a database, search tool, and AI-powered automation layer that allows users to discover subreddit communities on the Reddit platform and optionally publish content to those communities using their own Reddit account. The Service includes:

• Subreddit Database: A searchable database of subreddit communities with publicly available information about moderator activity, member counts, posting history, and engagement metrics.
• Search and Filter Tools: Features to search, filter, and sort subreddits by various criteria including moderator activity level, post survival rate, and community size.
• Category Classification: Subreddit categorization to help users find communities relevant to their interests or business needs.
• Analytics: Basic analytics and insights about subreddit activity levels derived from publicly available Reddit data.
• AI-Powered Automated Posting: When you connect your Reddit account via Reddit's official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow, the Service can generate content using artificial intelligence and publish posts to Reddit communities on your behalf. All posts published through this feature are made under your Reddit account and your identity as the account holder. You remain solely and exclusively responsible for all content published through your account, regardless of whether that content was generated by our AI or composed by you directly.
• Post Management Dashboard: Tools to view, edit, delete, and monitor the performance of posts published through the Service.

Important Disclaimer: Reoogle is an informational and automation tool. We aggregate publicly available data about Reddit communities. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Reddit, Inc. in any way.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if we reasonably suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Plans and Pricing

The Service offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (including Stripe and Sellix). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

6.3 Billing

• Recurring Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Lifetime Plans: Lifetime plans are billed as a one-time payment and provide access to the Service for the lifetime of the product, subject to these Terms.

6.4 Refund Policy

We offer refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of the European Union and Romania. Specifically:

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
• To request a refund, contact us at info@reoogle.com.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
• By actively using the Service after purchase and explicitly consenting to immediate access, you acknowledge that you may waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Engage in any form of spam, harassment, or abusive behavior on Reddit or any other platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Share, redistribute, or resell access to the Service or its data without our written permission.
• Circumvent any access controls, security measures, or usage limitations.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7A. Third-Party Platform Compliance and User Responsibility

7A.1 Nature of the Service

Reoogle is a software tool that (a) aggregates and presents publicly available information about Reddit communities, including moderator activity data visible to any Reddit user or accessible through Reddit's official API, and (b) facilitates the creation and publication of content to Reddit using your own authorized Reddit account credentials obtained through Reddit's official OAuth 2.0 protocol. Reoogle does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any use of the information or automation features will comply with the rules of any individual subreddit, Reddit's platform-wide Terms of Service, or any applicable laws or regulations.

7A.2 Publicly Available Data

All subreddit information provided by Reoogle, including moderator activity levels, recent posting history, content survival rates, and community engagement metrics, is derived exclusively from publicly available data accessible to any person on Reddit or through Reddit's publicly documented API. Reoogle does not access, intercept, store, or utilize any private, confidential, or non-public Reddit data, and does not circumvent any technical access controls implemented by Reddit, Inc.

7A.3 Your Sole Responsibility for Reddit Activity

You acknowledge and expressly agree that:

• You are solely and exclusively responsible for all content posted to Reddit through the Service or otherwise facilitated by the Service, including AI-generated content published under your account.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Reddit activity, including all posts made through the AI auto-posting feature, complies with Reddit's User Agreement, Reddit's Content Policy, Reddit's Moderator Code of Conduct, and the specific rules of each individual subreddit you post in.
• Reoogle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Reddit, Inc. We have no authority over Reddit's moderation decisions, account actions, shadow-banning systems, spam filters, or platform policies.
• Reddit, Inc. may suspend, permanently ban, shadow-ban, or take other adverse action against your Reddit account at Reddit's sole and absolute discretion. Reoogle has no liability for any such actions, and no such action by Reddit entitles you to a refund or compensation from us.
• The fact that a subreddit's moderators are inactive, as reflected in our database, does not constitute legal permission, authorization, or encouragement to post content that violates that subreddit's stated rules or Reddit's platform-wide policies. Moderator activity is dynamic and our data may not reflect current moderation status at any given time.
• You will not use the Service to engage in spam, unsolicited mass promotional posting, coordinated inauthentic behavior, manipulation of votes or engagement metrics, or any other activity that violates Reddit's policies, applicable consumer protection laws, or any other applicable law.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before or after publication and for deleting any content that violates applicable rules or that you do not wish to be associated with your account.

7A.4 Reddit OAuth Authorization

The AI auto-posting feature requires you to explicitly authorize Reoogle to act on your behalf through Reddit's official OAuth 2.0 authorization protocol. By granting this authorization, you grant Reoogle permission to read your Reddit account information, submit posts, and edit or delete posts on subreddits you select, using scopes limited to those you explicitly authorize. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Reddit account settings or through the Reoogle dashboard. Revoking authorization will not automatically delete posts already published.

7A.5 Intended Legitimate Use

The Service is intended for legitimate purposes, including: researching Reddit communities for genuine audience engagement; identifying subreddits where your product, service, or content is genuinely relevant to the community; and automating the process of drafting and scheduling authentic posts to communities you genuinely wish to participate in. The Service is not intended to, and must not be used to, flood Reddit with low-quality promotional content, manipulate community perception, or engage in any form of coordinated inauthentic behavior. Misuse of the Service for spam or other illegitimate purposes is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by POPA V.-I. GEORGE PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• Our Content: All text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials on the Service are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
• User License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Reddit Content: Any content originating from Reddit is the property of Reddit, Inc. and its users, and is subject to Reddit's own Terms of Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POPA V.-I. GEORGE PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU or Romanian law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless POPA V.-I. GEORGE PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, its officers, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
• Any content or data you submit, generate, or publish through the Service, including AI-generated posts published to Reddit under your account.
• Your Reddit account activity, including any posting activity facilitated by the AI auto-posting feature, regardless of whether such content was generated by our AI or composed by you directly.
• Any actions taken by Reddit, Inc. against your Reddit account, including account suspensions, bans, content removals, or any other enforcement measures, arising from your use of the Service.
• Any claims by Reddit, Inc. or third parties arising from content you publish on Reddit using the Service, including claims of spam, harassment, rule violation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Your violation of Reddit's Terms of Service, Content Policy, or any individual subreddit's rules, regardless of whether such violation was facilitated by information or automation tools provided by the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.
• We may delete your account and all associated data, subject to our data retention obligations under applicable law.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply (including Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14).

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@reoogle.com.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and in compliance with applicable European Union regulations.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved as follows:

• Amicable Resolution: The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations.
• Online Dispute Resolution: EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
• Jurisdiction: If amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and POPA V.-I. GEORGE PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
